This Privacy Policy explains how Gyaan Ka Sansaar (“GKS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, protects, retains and responds to requests concerning personal data when you visit the website, create or use an account, start a trial, purchase or use a membership, use the Learning Journey Tracker, submit a form, contact support, or choose to receive optional learning or newsletter communications.
This policy is a privacy notice. Consent is requested separately where consent is required. Merely visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or using GKS does not by itself give us permission to send optional learning, newsletter or promotional emails.
Account and identity data. Name, email address, mobile number where provided, member or customer identifiers, account creation date, plan, account status, private-page access status and related profile information.
Authentication and security data. Login dates, session records, security and credential hashes, password-reset or access-support records and information used to prevent unauthorised access. Website passwords are handled by GoDaddy; GKS does not need access to the readable password.
Payment and transaction data. Plan or service purchased, amount, date, payment status, payment source, order or transaction reference, invoice or tax information, discount or referral details where applicable and supporting payment communications. Payment processors handle full card, bank or UPI credentials; GKS does not intentionally store full payment credentials.
Trial and membership data. Trial start and expiry, membership start and expiry, upgrade or renewal information, access decisions, account-pending status and eligibility for a selected exploration journey.
Learning and tracker data. Tracker member ID, tracker status, content or unit selected, programme, learning world, format, language, started or completed status, start and completion timestamps, reading duration, progress and related learning activity. Where the interface provides a choice, you may choose whether to record a supported reading action.
Communication and consent data. Messages queued or sent, delivery and error records, sender and audit records, support correspondence, consent choice, consent date and source, notice version, audience tier, email frequency, pause date, unsubscribe date and preference updates.
Technical and usage data. IP address, device and browser information, pages or experiences opened, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, error and security logs and analytics or advertising data to the extent those technologies are enabled.
Information you submit. Form responses, questions, feedback, survey or profile responses, referrals and any other information you choose to provide.
We obtain personal data directly from you; from the GKS website and member-account provider; from payment processors and transaction records; from the Learning Journey Tracker and connected forms; from communication systems; and from advertising or referral platforms when you submit details through those routes. We may reconcile records from these sources to confirm identity, payment, access and communication status.
Create, authenticate, support and secure accounts.
Provide, manage and verify trial, membership, private-page, tracker and content access.
Process payments, issue confirmations and invoices, reconcile transactions, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activation and handle refunds or disputes.
Record optional learning activity and show progress where the tracker is used.
Send essential service communications concerning an account, payment, access, security, trial status, support request or material service change.
Send optional learning, newsletter, release, reminder or promotional communications only according to the recorded consent and preferences.
Maintain consent, suppression, delivery and audit records so preferences are respected and duplicate or unauthorised sending is prevented.
Improve content, usability, reliability, security and customer support using proportionate operational and aggregated analysis.
Comply with legal, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, security and lawful-authority requirements and establish or defend legal claims.
Essential service messages are limited to communications reasonably necessary for a service you requested or an account or transaction you initiated. These may include account creation, access instructions, payment confirmation, invoice delivery, tracker activation, trial or membership expiry, renewal status, security, support and material policy or service changes.
Optional learning and newsletter communications are controlled separately. Membership, payment, account creation, login, tracker use or free-subscriber status does not automatically create consent. When you opt in, free subscribers may choose twice weekly or weekly delivery; members may choose daily, twice weekly or weekly delivery. You may change frequency, pause or unsubscribe using the preference link or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We disclose only the data reasonably necessary to providers supporting the relevant service, including:
GoDaddy for website hosting, member accounts, access and related website functions.
Google services, including Workspace, Drive, Sheets, Gmail and Apps Script, for operational records, forms, automation, tracker functions and audit records.
Pabbly and Titan for approved email automation and delivery.
CCAvenue, Razorpay, banks or other processors presented at checkout for payment processing and verification.
Canva or other linked experience hosts for reading and visual-learning destinations.
Meta or other advertising and referral platforms when you submit a lead form, interact with an advertisement or when approved advertising technologies are enabled.
WhatsApp or another messaging provider only where that channel is used and you have provided or authorised the relevant contact details.
Professional advisers, auditors, insurers or lawful authorities where reasonably necessary for compliance, claims, fraud prevention, safety or a lawful request.
Providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Some providers may store or process data outside India. Where cross-border processing occurs, we will take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements consistent with applicable Indian law and government restrictions.
The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security, session continuity, preferences and core website operation. Analytics, advertising pixels or other non-essential technologies will be described in the Cookie Notice and, where required, used only after an appropriate choice. Browser controls may block cookies, but blocking necessary cookies can prevent login or other functions from working.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, to maintain an active account or requested service, to respect consent and suppression choices and to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute and record-keeping requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, we will delete, anonymise or securely isolate the data as appropriate.
A request to delete an account does not require deletion of records that must be kept for law, transaction evidence, fraud prevention, security or legal claims. We may retain a minimal suppression record after an unsubscribe or deletion request so that an address is not accidentally re-added to optional campaigns.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and services used. These may include encrypted transport, credential hashing, access controls, role-limited operational access, audit and security logs, backups, vendor controls and incident response. No website or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
An account holder and purchaser must be at least 18 years old. A parent or lawful guardian may obtain access for a child and allow the child to use educational content under the adult’s supervision. A child should not create an account, purchase a plan or submit personal data directly. If we learn that a child’s personal data has been collected without an appropriate parent or guardian process, we will restrict processing and take appropriate corrective action.
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may request:
information about personal data being processed and relevant processing activities;
correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
erasure of data that is no longer necessary, subject to lawful retention;
withdrawal of consent and management of learning or newsletter frequency, pause or unsubscribe choices;
grievance redress concerning the handling of personal data; and
nomination of another individual to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity, where the law provides this right.
Send a request from your registered email address and include enough information to identify the relevant account or transaction. We may request proportionate verification before acting.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will investigate, contain, document and remediate it. Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and the competent authority with information about the nature and likely consequences of the breach, mitigation steps, recommended protective actions and a contact for questions.
GKS may link to Canva-hosted reading experiences, payment pages, social or messaging services and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices may differ from ours. Review the privacy information presented by the third party before submitting data directly to it.
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on the website with a revised date. If a change materially affects an existing consent choice, we will request a new choice where required.

These Terms govern use of the Gyaan Ka Sansaar website, accounts, trials, paid access, digital learning experiences, Learning Journey Tracker and communications. Gyaan Ka Sansaar is operated by Verma Press & Papers, a proprietorship of Subodh Kumar Verma, GSTIN 10AKBPV0959N1ZW, at Ward No. 10, Ashram Road, near Government Middle School Ward 1, Raxaul Bazar, Purbi Champaran, Bihar 845305, India. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing access or using member-only features, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. A parent or lawful guardian may hold an account and permit supervised, age-appropriate use by a child. The adult account holder remains responsible for the account and its use.
GKS is a multi-format learning platform. Depending on publication and access status, it may include the Digital Library, Reading Clubs, short learning, Quick Learning, Visual Reading, Book Insights, Practice and Apply resources, Audio Learning, member journeys and the Learning Journey Tracker. Items marked Coming Soon or In Production are not included in the current paid promise until available. The interface is currently English; Hindi is available only where expressly identified.
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify GKS if access may have been compromised. Do not share or transfer an account, bypass access controls, scrape restricted content, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access. GoDaddy manages the main website account and password process. After payment verification, GKS may contact the purchaser to complete account creation and access activation.
Eligible new users may receive a three-day trial. GKS may separately offer a seven-day exploration journey to selected former or recently expired members. Neither route converts into paid access unless the user separately completes a payment or expressly authorizes a clearly disclosed recurring arrangement.
The current advertising checkout offers 30 days of GKS access for a one-time payment of ₹299. It does not renew automatically. Access begins after successful payment verification and completion of any required account or activation steps.
Other plans, including annual access, may be offered separately. For every transaction, the price, duration, included benefits, taxes and payment terms shown at the relevant checkout at purchase control over older marketing material. No plan renews automatically unless the checkout clearly identifies it as recurring and the user expressly authorizes the recurring payment after seeing the price, billing interval and cancellation method.
Content is generally supplied for online reading or viewing through GKS pages and approved linked experiences. Unless expressly offered as a download, purchase does not grant a right to download underlying files. GKS grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial learning during the access period. Restricted content, code, files, links and credentials must not be reproduced, recorded, resold, published, distributed, shared or obtained by circumventing technical controls. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
The tracker supports progress and does not guarantee completion or results. Where a record or skip choice is offered, the user decides whether to record that action. GKS may correct demonstrated technical errors and update tracker structure as content evolves.
GKS may send essential messages about an account, payment, access, security, trial, expiry, support request or material service change. Optional learning, newsletter and promotional messages require recorded opt-in. Users may pause, change frequency or unsubscribe. Withdrawal from optional communications does not cancel paid access or prevent essential service messages.
Payments are processed by the provider displayed at checkout or another approved GKS route. Payment is verified only after successful confirmation. Failed, cancelled, aborted, refunded, disputed or reversed transactions do not create or continue paid access. Displayed amounts include applicable taxes unless tax is shown separately. A gateway receipt may not itself be the applicable tax invoice. GKS will maintain or issue an invoice where required and does not intentionally store full card, bank or UPI credentials.
GKS does not currently offer stationery, Gyaan Box, books, planners or other physical products through this offer. Older catalogues do not constitute a current offer. Product, shipping, cancellation, return, replacement and refund terms will be published before physical-product checkout is activated.
You must not use the service unlawfully or deceptively; share, resell or commercially exploit access or content; use automated extraction or security-bypass tools without permission; upload malicious code; interfere with other users; impersonate another person; submit false payment or identity information; or represent GKS content as personalized professional advice.
GKS may add, revise, reorganize, replace or retire content and features. Planned material will not be presented as already available. Temporary downtime, provider outages, link changes, maintenance or security incidents may affect access. If a paid service becomes materially unavailable for a sustained period, GKS will provide an appropriate remedy under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
GKS may restrict or suspend access to investigate non-payment, chargeback, credential sharing, unauthorized distribution, security risk, fraud or a serious breach. Where appropriate, GKS will provide notice and an opportunity to clarify.
GKS content is for general education and personal learning, not individualized financial, investment, medical, psychological, legal, tax or other professional advice. Third-party links remain subject to their own terms. The published Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GKS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on general educational content, third-party services or events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable remedies for fraud, wilful misconduct or materially misdescribed services.
GKS may update these Terms when services, pricing, providers or law change. The updated version and effective date will be posted on the website. A material change will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights from a completed transaction.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. The parties should first use the published support and grievance process. Nothing prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or another forum whose jurisdiction cannot be excluded.

Final review copy — 30 September 2026
This policy applies to GKS memberships and online learning access purchased directly from Gyaan Ka Sansaar. GKS does not currently offer physical products through this offer. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The current advertising checkout provides 30 days of access for a one-time payment of ₹299. It does not renew automatically. Because there is no automatic renewal, there is no future recurring charge to cancel. Access ordinarily continues until the paid period ends unless suspended for a valid security, fraud, payment-reversal or serious account-breach reason.
Digital access may begin promptly after payment verification and account activation. A general change-of-mind refund is therefore not normally available after meaningful access has been activated or used. This does not affect the specific remedies below or any right required by applicable law.
GKS will review and provide an appropriate refund, correction, access extension or other remedy where: the same transaction was charged more than once; payment succeeded but access was not provided within a reasonable support period after the purchaser supplied the required account information; a sustained technical failure attributable to GKS materially prevented use and could not be corrected; the supplied service was materially different from its paid description; a recurring charge occurred without valid authorization or after an effective cancellation; or a remedy is required by applicable law.
A three-day trial and any selected seven-day exploration journey are free access arrangements. They do not create a charge or paid renewal unless the user separately completes a payment or expressly authorizes a clearly disclosed recurring transaction.
If GKS separately offers an annual or other plan, the checkout terms for that plan apply. A price adjustment or upgrade credit is not a cash refund and is available only when expressly displayed or confirmed for the relevant transaction.
Email support@gyaankasansaar.com from the email used for the order or membership. Include the purchaser's name, order or transaction reference, payment date and amount, account email, description of the issue and requested remedy. Do not send a full card number, bank credentials, PIN, OTP or UPI credentials.
GKS aims to acknowledge a request within seven working days and communicate a decision or substantive status within 30 days. When a refund is approved, GKS aims to initiate it within seven working days after approval. The bank, UPI service or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
An approved refund will normally be returned to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. The refunded amount, taxes and discounts will be handled according to the verified transaction and applicable law.
Please contact GKS first so a genuine duplicate-payment, access or service problem can be investigated. A chargeback or payment reversal may lead to temporary suspension of the related paid access while the transaction is reviewed. This does not prevent a consumer from using lawful remedies.
